Beginners EasyFit Introduction to Pilates Course

Easy fit beginners course of 4 classes  to introduce you to Pilates and some of the basic moves. If you haven't done Pilates before or are still fairly new to it, this is the place to start before you explore the other beginner classes on Appletree. Do each class as often as you like until you are ready to move on. Easy fit classes are all 20 minutes or less.
